Hey, I'm Matt.
So, I made a rap video about selling houses. Then I made another one. My friends and I have way too much fun doing this, and somehow it turned into a whole thing.
Real quick: I grew up playing in a band, I still get on stage every chance I get, and real estate is the day job I genuinely love. This page is just me letting you behind the curtain. The songs, the Real Estate Rumble, all the nonsense with my friends.
No pitch. No pressure. If you watch these and think "okay, this guy seems fun, I'd let him sell my house," well, that is kind of the whole idea.
Anyway. Hope they make you laugh.
The jingle did not stay on a screen. We performed it live, in an actual boxing ring, at Chicago's Real Estate Rumble. Here's the night.
The first one kind of took off, so of course we made another. This one is our tribute to "Regulators" by Warren G and Nate Dogg, the 90s classic we grew up rapping in the back seat. You'll clock it the second the beat drops. Do yourself a favor and turn it up.
These videos do not happen by myself. Here are the ridiculously talented people who made them with me. Go give them your business.
The Grammy-nominated songwriters who wrote "Sellin' Homes." Same band that did the theme songs for LEGO Ninjago and the Chicago Cubs. They write music for commercials, movies, sports, and a whole lot more. Go fall down the rabbit hole.
Hear The Fold →Directed both "Sellin' Homes" and "Realtors," plus a stack of The Fold's music videos. He does creative media production: motion graphics, film, and visual effects. From concept to delivery, he works with every client to craft a specific vision.
See Aaron's work →Once Dan, George, and I finished the song, Joe is the one who looked at it and asked "okay, what does a video for this actually look like?" He dreamed up the concept and built the site you're standing on right now. Creative direction and web, start to finish.
Meet Joe →New nonsense, straight off the phone. Here's the latest.
Realtor with The Pittman Team at Keller Williams Premiere Properties in Glen Ellyn. Band kid turned house guy, girl dad, and yes, the videos are all mine.
I know Glen Ellyn and DuPage County like my own block, I answer my phone, and I treat your move like it's my family's own. Buying, selling, or you just want to talk, here's where you find me. No pressure, ever.
Turns out I can't stop making these. A few more for the road.
